If your behaviour does not change, you will receive a temporary ban.
Finally, if you still do not adjust your behaviour - you will have proven to us that you are not someone we feel comfortable with in our social channels and you will be permanently banned.
You have a right to appeal this every 6 months, and your case will be discussed as mentioned in our Constitution.
Naturally, our Staff and Volunteers are accountable for their behaviour as well. While we make efforts to keep each other in check - sometimes this is not good enough. Should you find an issue with a member of staff or a volunteer, please raise this through our Contact Us page.
If the issue is sensitive - please leave an alternative method of contact, and a different member of staff will speak with you privately.
Please be aware that any information shared and discussed may be relayed through the staff team - however we would not do this without your explicit permission.
